In this role, you will:
  • Work directly with our Founders, Erlend and Max whom you will provide administrative support with independent and reliable handling of all organizational and administrative tasks
  • Supervise the Hamburg office and be the first contact for our administration
  • Follow up the calendar management
  • Organize receipts/invoices and do our accounting together with our external accounting partner
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment and help with the furnishing 
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Onboarding of new employees as well as structuring of our hiring process

  • You have initial experience in office management or assistant positions
  • You have very good verbal and written communication skills in German (B2) and English (B2)

  • You are looking for a part-time job with a maximum of 20 hours per week
